Many characters' skills can inflict status effects to themselves, their teammates, or their opponent.

  • Some of them are positive (buff), while others are negative (debuff).
  • All the statuses (except [Stigmata], [Disability], [Cudgel Play] and [Critical]) contain a number which indicates the number of turns those effects last. Statuses may last for 9 turns at most.
    • The number of Turns statuses could last can be increased or decreased by certain skills.
  • All statuses (except [Curse of Death]) can be removed by certain skills or event cards.

Status Paralysis
MOV0
Paralysis Debuff Your MOV value is set to be zero. This status does not affect characters' skills that can change the distance. (i.e. Charged Thrust, Swirling Evil, The Challenger, Acid Eater, etc.)
This status cancels any "MOV+" effect from cards, skills and statuses.
Status Trussed
Curse

Spellbound

Debuff Deal direct damage to yourself when there is an effective movement during any phase of the battle. Amount of damages equal to number of blocks moved.
(e.g. If your opponent has "Spellbound" and you use Sprout to move backward at Middle Range, followed by The Challenger, opponent will receive 3 damage in the Move Phase.)
HPup
Regenerate Buff HP +1 at the end of Move Phase. If there is also a "Poison" status, HP -1 before +1.
HPdown
Poison Debuff HP -1 at the end of Move Phase. If you choose to "stay" at move phase, your HP is recovered by one before the effect of this debuff occurs.
Status Strong Prison
Super Poison Debuff HP -2 at the end of Move Phase.

If you choose to "stay" at move phase, your HP is recovered by one before the effect of this debuff occurs.
This status cannot co-exist with "Poison".

Status Sever
Sever Debuff Your HP cannot be increased by any means.
Status Block
SEAL
Seal Debuff Character's skills cannot be activated. Passive skills (if any) are not affected by this status.
Status Puppet
Puppet Debuff Character's skills cannot be activated in his Move Phase. Passive skills (if any) are not affected by this status.
Status Stun
STUN
Stun Debuff No cards can be played. Skills can still be activated if they require no cards (e.g. Desert Mirage).
Nenem can still attack when stunned if Tasty Milk has been used.
The duration of this skill can be extended.
Immortal
Immortal Buff All dice damage received becomes zero. Since "Suicidal Attack" causes direct damage, Sheri will still receive damage and may kill herself when she activates this skill during "Immortal" status.
Status Immortal2
- Immortal II Buff All dice damage and direct damage received becomes zero. With this status, both dice and direct damage taken by the character will be reduced to 0. This applies for all Phases of the battle.

Status Suicide
Self-destruct
Disintergration / Suicide Debuff HP becomes zero at the end of Move Phase after specific number of turns. Skills for Move Phases can still be activated in the Turn when countdown becomes zero.
Status Hypnotized
- Curse of Death Debuff HP becomes zero at the end of Move Phase after specific number of turns.

Unlike [Disintergration], the counter for this status still works when the character is inactive. This status cannot be removed by Event Cards and skills. Skills for Move Phases can still be activated in the Turn when countdown becomes zero.

Berserk
Berserk - Dice damage dealt and received is doubled. When "berserk" and "fear" occurs at the same time, dice damage is first halved before it is being doubled.
Fear
Fear - Dice damage dealt and received is halved (rounded down).
Chaos
Chaos Buff Both ATK and DEF values are doubled. Everything is summed up and then doubled.
Stigmata
Stigmata Buff Both ATK and DEF are increased by one. These statuses would not vanish under normal
circumstances (i.e. Can only be removed by skills or event cards) and the number can stack.
These statuses can stack up to 9.
Disability
Reduced Ability / Disability Debuff Both ATK and DEF are decreased by one.
Status Curse
- Curse Debuff You can only do a maximum dice damage of (10 - number of "Curse")
Cudgel Play (ATK)

Buff ATK or DEF values are doubled.

Only one of these two statuses can exist at the same time.
Asura cannot absorbs both "Cudgel Play (ATK)" and "Cudgel Play (DEF)".
These statuses would not vanish under normal circumstances (i.e. Can only be removed by skills or event cards).
If Konrad activates any skills with "Cudgel Play (ATK)", it will shift to "Cudgel Play (DEF)", and vice versa.

Status Critical
- Critical Buff Critical *1: ATK +1, DEF +1;
Critical *2: ATK +2, DEF +2,
Critical *3: ATK +5, DEF +5
This status can stack up to 3.
This status would not vanish under normal circumstances (i. e. Can be only removed by skills or event cards) and the number can stack.
Status Targeted
- Bullseye Debuff None This status would not vanish under normal circumstances (i. e. Can be only removed by skills or event cards).
